Meet Lizzy: a passionate yoga practicioner and teacher, eager to share the magic of yoga. Ever since Lizzy started to deepen her yoga practice, it has helped her transform, heal and grow in many ways.

With dedication and joy she will guide you through classes that are both dynamic and introspective.

You will find a gentle blend of movement and stillness, infused with elements of meditation, breathwork, chanting, and yoga philosophy. For Lizzy, yoga is more than just a personal practice, yoga helps us to connect with ourselves, with each other and with all beings. That's why her favourite mantra is Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu. May all being everywhere be happy and free. And may my thoughts, words and actions contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

Karl, whose roles encompass yoga teacher, physiotherapist, and osteopath, has been deeply intertwined with yoga for over a decade. His journey with yoga began during his physiotherapy studies and has since become an essential aspect of his daily life. With multiple visits to India to deepen his understanding of yoga, Karl brings a rich tapestry of knowledge to his classes. He seeks to strike a harmonious balance between serenity and dynamic movement, tailoring each session to accommodate the unique physical capacities of his students, valuing and honoring their individual abilities.
